Having gone through the ups and downs of perimenopause and menopause myself (and at times feeling like I was barely holding on), I understand that this time can be overwhelming.

8-Week Menopause Coaching Program
I developed an 8-week Menopause Coaching Program called “From Surviving to Thriving” to help women at all stages of menopause move from simply surviving to truly thriving. The program starts with a personalized “discovery call” where I’ll get to know you better and understand where you are in your menopause journey. After that, each week we’ll explore a new topic that will support you to navigate menopause in a way that feels right for you. Topics include mindset, movement, hydration, nutrition, morning & evening routines, and how to ask for and receive help and support.
